Decent

I almost blammed this in the begining but the art and animation is pretty good, ending was funny too.

Not too bad.

I can tell you put alot of work into this, a few suggestions though.

That background music is kinda annoying, if your gonna have it I would lower it. If your going to use balloons for the dialog use the circle tool so it doesnt cut the corners of the text.

I know your trying to help the environment but people dont change, the only way its gonna work is if the big companies make cleaner cars and appliances.

This was a project for school, it was an easy topic to do.

personally I agree with you, it takes companies to change the polution, not individuals, thanks for the review but I dont really see a reason to give me a 5 just because you dont agre with me :P

The animation wasnt too bad, but you really need to work on a storyline. I had know idea who was who or what was going on. Other than that spend a little more time on your animation and you will be set.

This is great! Not many movies on NG had me laughing like this one. People might not know but all magikarp can do is spalsh, so if youve never played pokemon it wont be as funny.
